Share Your Story

Sit with us for an oral history interview, drop into a community listening session, or share digitally. Every DC mother's story belongs in Capital M.

Become a Capital M Ambassador

We're recruiting 6–8 DC mothers as community co-creators. Lead outreach in your ward, attend creative workshops, and be featured in the exhibition.

Nominate a Mom

Know a DC mother whose story deserves to be heard? Nominations are open to individuals, organizations, and community partners across all eight wards.

Submit Artwork

An open call for creative works exploring and reflecting DC motherhood. Selected pieces will be featured in the Who Raised You? exhibition in April 2027.
